Anyone have this happen where you receive a PDF fillable form and when you open it up initially all the fields are blank. But if you click print all the fillable forms now show what the person filled in?

Use the Prepare Form tool, open it, and see if by any chance there is an image field leyered on top of all field objects in that page.
I've seen this happen when a user produce PDF out of a scanned image, and then add field objeccts to it. Sometimes an overlapping field or a field that
is laud out on top of another field object can cause this.
With the Prepare Form tool opened you'll also notice that, to the right of the current workspace, there is a navigation pane.
It allows the user to change the tabbing structure options.
Sometimes, when a field overlaps (if this is your case of course) , you can manually move that field up or down in the tabbing order so it doesn't blocks or interfere with the other fields objects, specially if those fields are laid out on top of each other.

What happens when you mouse click into the fields?
