PDF file won't convert to same size

I've transfered illustrator PDF documents into Acrobat and have been trying for the last hour to get these two files (one a rasterized PDF and one a larger illustrator PDF) to be the same 17 x 11 sizes as all my other pages. I've tried the crop box and it doesn't seem to do anything. I've tried the print set up as well, but cant save it as a PDF, adn can only direct it to a printer. I'm starting to get frustrated. Not to mention, this file size is HUGE and i dont want everything saved as layers. How to a rasterize the PDF files within acrobat?

All of these things need to be done in Illustrator when creating the file originally, not after the fact in Acrobat.

I would try asking in the Illustrator forum.
