Hi,

Can you confirm:

- exact versions of your operating system and software

- steps you take to make your pdf

You have options, you can try:

- to send a link to your recipients using the Link+Cloud icon on the top right of your screen (highlighted in yellow below)

- or you can use File > Save as other > Reduced Sized PDF...

to make a smaller file size and this might be 'compressed' enough to be attached to an email.

Just type pdf.new and quickly convert/compress your PDFs using Adobe's Acrobat engine.

Be very careful with this tool!!!

 

That “compression” comes at a cost, very often being lower resolution, lower quality raster images with loss of details and/or sharpness and with compression artifacts.

 

The resultant PDF file possibly may not be suitable for viewing on high resolution devices and/or for printing.
