Hi all,
We have a created a pdf form for site wardens to record data onsite, which they send back on email via Acrobat mobile/tablet app and eventually its collated into a excel doc. The form is created in the InDesign and then prepared in Acrobat. To make it easier for the wardens when they complete the form they select a tick box and it automatically is attached to a email with the email and subject field filled in. This process has been working fine for a year or so, but recently on all Apple devices it still attaches the form but the email field is now blank. Curiously it still works fine on Android devices. I've tried recreating in the latest Indesign build in case its a glitch but no luck.
Just wondered if anyone else has encountered a similar issue? Trying to narrow down if its Indesign/Acrobat issue or iOS.

In what app are you opening it on the iOS device?

Hi,
Adobe Acrobat Reader. We told them to avoid 3rd party pdf viewers or the in-built pdf viewer just in case there is any issues in how the data is recorded.
