Hi Pierre_GABRIELE

We are sorry for the trouble. As described,  the pdf opens with the missing lines.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If its a file specific issue please share the file with us for testing. Upload the file on the document cloud (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/) generate the link and share it with us.

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version of the application please use the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html) and make sure you have the latest version 20.006.20042 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

For testing, please try to turn off the protected mode. Go to Adobe Acrobat DC > Preferences > Enhanced Security >  Turn off the Protected Mode and uncheck the Enhanced Security > Click OK and reboot the application and check

Also, try to download the file to your computer first and then open with Adobe Acrobat DC and fill the form and see if that helps.

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal
