PDF pages are too long, so they don't print well. How do I add page breaks?

I was sent a pdf that I need to print, but the page break is set WAY far down, so printing one page should actually be 20 pages in order to print usably. How do I add more page-breaks so that I can print this pdf?

With the current page break, each pdf page prints like a long, thin, unreadble column down the middle of the peice of paper.

You can't add page breaks to a PDF file. You can set it to not fit the contents to the printed page, though.
