Hi, I hope this is the right channel for this question but I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.

What is the smallest "paper" or page size we can select when adding a custom page size into Adobe PDF printer properties? We've previously added (in mm) 50x25, a label size. We print some of these to file. Now, we cannot seem to replicate this any more - we've tried adding in dimensions of 20mm by 54mm and the size will not appear in the custom size list once created.

So, we tried creating a new preset setting, and adding in a page size we have used before, 50x25, and it did not work, and reverted back to "letter" size without giving us the option of a new size.

I have tried removing the Adobe Document Converter and re-installing it; multiple versions.

We cannot seem to work this out. Is there a "smallest" page size we can create now?

Thanks.
