Pdf to word footnotes issue

Any advice appreciated please

Iam converting pdf to word docs using Acrobat Pro.  Footnotes appear as body text not actual footnotes. 

Any idea how to solve rather than msnually individualy doing it .

1. Acrobat Version - Please share the screenshot of the Acrobat version screen

Go to help -> About Acrobat ... and take a screenshot

2. Are you facing the issue with specific PDF file or every file. If it is file specific then can you please share the file with us. 

   If possible, please share the file with us, if you can't share the file publically, you may upload the file to your cloud drive and share the link via Private message. To send a private message, click on my profile and choose "Send a message".
