PDF won't display

Trying to download a pdf from a government website. Error mesage "The document you ae trying to download require acrobat 8 or higher" ... My verion I am using is 2020.006.20042 .... 

How am i going to get this darn pdf ?

As you have mentioned that you get the error message, could you please confirm if you are opening the PDF on browser?

If yes, please download the PDF and save it on the cmahcine. Then open it directly in the application.
