Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are not able to convert email in outlook to PDF and getting the error 'Acrobat PDFMaker has detected problems in installation. Please repair/re-install Acrobat.'

- Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing to convert the emails to PDF?

- What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using?

Before you begin troubleshooting, be sure that the version of Acrobat you are running is compatible with the version of Office you are running. For details, see Compatible web browsers and PDFMaker applications | Acrobat, Reader.

Also, please try the steps provided in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-acrobat-pdfmaker-problems-office.html and see if that helps.

To repair installation of Acrobat (Windows Only) go to Help menu > Repair Installation and reboot the computer once.

Regards

Amal
