Adobe Acrobat DC would not open after Big Sur updates last night. Therefore, pdfs don't open, which I need for work. I've uninstalled, re-installed - but failed. restarted the computer. Can't update Acrobat because, well, it does not exist on my computer now. Too many hours already trying to resolve. So........ not sure how to proceed. any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your response! I had to contact Adobe directly to get help. They were wonderful!!! It took an hour and a half to resolve the problem with LOTS of walk through help. It was so appreciated.Thank you!Christy
