Percentage against a fixed value

Hello,

Can anyone please help me to calculate a percentage?

I have a field called FTEPer displaying a percentage of another field called SchedHours. It needs to be a percentage of 35. The 35 remains fixed  

The SchedHours field is blank upon opening the form

Under the Simple Field Notation part of the Calculate tab of FTEPer enter the following:

SchedHours * 0.35
