Hi, I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro latest version and I'm having issue with photo retouching in it, and also pen tool isn't working, what should I do?

I get the part of the pen tool not working. That could be drivers, battery, pen tip pressure, etc.
What I don't get is when you say photo retouching.
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is not an image manipulation program, it is a PDF editor.
Can you explain what did you mean by "photo retouching" in Acrobat?
