Photos printing to PDF are partially covered by gray box

When we take selected photos and print them to "Save as a PDF", then some of the photos appear in the new doc with a gray box over a portion of some of the pictures. The pictures do not look like this in their original file. We have tried multiple things to stop this, but it seems to happen on most files, and we must supply photos with our billing packages so I can't waste time on this several times a week.

So, we did some research in our office and it appears that somehow the picture was saved corrupt and that is what is causing our issue.... 😞
