Please cancel my Acrobat trial

I can't cancel my Adobe Acrobat trial plan, I am still in the cancellation period without any charge (paypal wants to charge £15.17). But I have not been able to use the process as suggested on your help centre, mainly because the button does not exist. I removed my download and that doesn't change anything either. Please can you help?

This is NOT Adobe Customer Support. If you can't do it yourself for some reason using this link (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html) then you should contact Adobe directly:

Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Sky
