Please help with Fillable form

I  have created a fillable form with Adobe Acrobat.  I am trying  to  make it so  that  people who download the form can only  fill the  form   but not be able to  copy and  change  the  information provided in the  form.  Curently the security settings are enable commenting filling and signing.  Now when I test it out on my mobile  device  it says that form filling is restricted. Can someone please advise  on how to  enable the form to be filled out on mobile devices?

Hi Jujubean_k 

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are not able to fill the form on a mobile device.

Please open the PDF form in Adobe Acrobat DC on your computer > Go to File > Save As Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable more tool (include form fill in and save) then open the form on your mobile device and check.
