PostScript file print error file

After the most recent update, I can no longer print or save .pdf files. 

When attempting to print, I receive "Stopped - Unable to convert PostScript file".

 

When saving, I reveive "you do not have access to this folder....."

Adobe currently has 23 programs included in a full Cloud subscription
Please post the name of the Adobe program you use so a Moderator may move this message to that forum

Hi There,

 

Thank you for reporting the issue.

Adobe Distiller is an application installed with Adobe Acrobat which is responsible for to Save/Print the file(s) to PDF.

Can you let us know more regarding the issue :

  1. Are you facing the same error message "Stopped - Unable to convert PostScript file" for every file which you're trying to print/save as Adobe PDF.
  2. Are you using a MAC or WIN system
  3. Which version of Acrobat, are you using
  4. Is your liscence active?
  5. Please can you share any file/URL for which you're continuosly facing the issue.
