Pre Installation

Hello. I am having a very difficult time getting the program to even begin installing on my computer. I keep getting the "Conflict installing Acrobat DC" pop up. It tells me to close Microsoft Outlook when it's not even open or running on my computer. I have been dealing with this for three days.

Go to Task Manager and kill any processes involving Outlook, even if it shows 0% CPU usage.
