Prepare Form Text Field Not Working Properly

When I try and add a text field in Prepare Form it makes some of the content which is already there dissapear when it overlaps on the page. In the attached screenshot I moved the "your internal self" field down and to the left and then moved it back and the line enclosing the box now dissapeared. Happens every time I try and in every document I use. Any ideas anyone?

Does it stay away when you click the "close" or "preview" buttons?
