I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I am trying to print to PDF from a virtual PC running XP. Is there a way to make that happen? I can't install Acrobat on the XP since it isn't compatible.

No, Adobe PDF is a local printer only. You could print to file with a suitable PostScript printer, transport the print file to the host, and convert manually by opening it in Distiller.
