Hi Sharron,

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, upon printing the PDF you get a blank printout.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file also try to print a different format file like MS Word,Excel and check if they are printing fine.

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.01.20145 insta

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.01.20145 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once

Also, please check for any missing/pending updates for printer driver and firmware and try updating it and check, you may also try to remove the printer driver and then reinstall it from the manufacturer website and reboot the computer once.

Please try to print the PDF as image. Open the PDF > Print > Advanced > Print as Image and check if that helps.

Also please check out the steps shared in the help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-pdf-printing-acrobat-reader.html and see if that works for you.

Regards

Amal
