trying to print a document as portrait but prints booklet. why?

Hi Jorgetega1,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to print document in portrait, is that correct?

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a perpetual license for Acrobat Pro DC. Could you try clicking on "Size" under "page sizing & handling" and then click Portrait and try printing again. ( below is the screenshot) :

Also, try printing in portrait from another application and check if that works. Also, let us know the application - Reader or Acrobat and the dot version of application and the operating system installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Thanks,

Shivam
