Problem with Bookmark links after using Sanitize

I am using Acrobat DC Professional to redact/sanitise combined files. When I drop many files into the Combine files window, Bookmarks are automatically created with the titles of each file. I want to retain these Bookmark links for navigation purposes while removing all other "Links, actions, and javascript", using the Sanitize option.

If I remove "Links, actions, and javascripts" using 'Sanitize', the Bookmark links are no longer 'live'. If I don't remove them, there are mailto and other links and actions left in the file. Is there any way Sanitize all links except for Bookmarks? (There is a separate remove web links option in the Edit PDF page but it only removes some links.

I don't want to have to open 100 individual PDF files and fully sanitize them first, before combining them.

Thanks
