PROBLEMAS CON ARCHIVOS DOCUMENT CLOUD

Buenas tardes...

Accedía a mis archivos de Document Cloud desde mi móvil y desde la tablet del trabajo.

Por cuestiones de trabajo, he tenido que devolver la tablet y le he desisntalado Adobe.

La cuestión es que ahora desde mi movil, accedo a las carpetas de Document Cloud pero están vacías. 

Donde puedo recuperar mis archivos.

Son muy importantes para mi trabajo.

Espero vuestra ayuda.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described when accessing Document Cloud folder from mobile they are empty.

 

Would you mind elaborating more about 'Desisted Adobe'?

 

- Have you deleted the documents from Document Cloud Storage via mobile device?

Or

- Have you removed/uninstalled the Acrobat Reader Mobile application itself from the mobile device?

 

You may try to go to Document Cloud using the link: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/documents/files/ and check for the files under the Documents tab and see if that helps.

Note: If you have deleted the documents from the Document Cloud storage there isn't much that can be done to recover the files. Also if you have uninstalled the Acrobat Reader Mobile App itself from the Mobile device then all the unsaved data can not be recovered.
