PROBLEME LECTURE ADOBE ACROBAT

Bonjour,

Lorsque je scanne un document pour le modifier avec Adobe Acrobat Pro une fenêtre apparaît en indiquant ce message : "Impossible de traiter la page en raison d'une erreur du Service de Reconnaissance Paper Capture (10001)".

Je ne comprends pas l'origine de ce message...

I need a bit of information to see if I can help you.

- Which version of Acrobat Pro are you using?

- What is your Operating system (and what version)?

- Have you been able to scan before this event and if so, what changes have been made to your system since the last time you scanned?

- What kind of scanner do you have and what software do you use to scan with that software?

- Can you scan directly with your scanner and software when not using Acrobat?
