I've downloaded a fillable form for a class, but when I open the form in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC it doesn't display the fields to fill out, and I can't select any of the yes or no bubbles. I clicked "Fill and sign" and they didn't appear, and I clicked where all of the forms should be to make sure they were actually gone and not just unselected.

I actually found out afterward that it was an error on the professor's part, and she sent out a corrupted PDF. Thank you for your assistance though!

Hi ShrubNinja,
As per the issue description mentioned above, you have downloaded a form where the form fields doesn't show up as well as you tried filling form using Fill and Sign but that didn't work, is that correct?
Could you let us know what happens when you try to fill in the form? Have you tried filling another form?
Which operating system you are using- Mac/Windows?
Would it be possible if you can share the link for the form?
You might be seeing the behavior similar to the one discussed in the following links:
Text on form fields are not visible until I click on the fields (PDF Forms)
Awaiting your response.

I just bought a new Dell computer. My company's requires me to open pdf documents on our site and fill them in online. However, with my new computer, the pdf files will not let me fill anything in using Microsoft Edge. I did figure out I could download Chrome and all would work there. However, I do like Edge so I was wondering what I could do so the pdf's are fillable. Thanks in advance for the help.

Your company's "requirement" is senseless. In order to view a PDF it must first be saved locally, even if only as a temporary file. There's no such thing as viewing a PDF file "online". So if you're viewing a local file it really makes no difference if you do so in a browser or a standalone application, only most browser plugins are sub-par, so you might as well use Adobe Reader.
