I'm unable to view my PDF in the document cloud.
I had to turn off the Protective Mode in the Acrobat Reader on my computer to view my PDF...but now I can't view the same PDF in the cloud
Try the forum for Acrobat Reader.
The settings in Reader have nothing to do with how the file is displayed in DC. Generally I would recommend downloading the file and viewing it directly in Reader instead of opening it in the browser.
