Purchased Two Subscriptions - Both on Wrong account

I have two Adobe IDs one for personal another for work. 

 

I was signed in with my personal ID trying to purchase a subscription to Acrobat. Double checked my logged in ID but somehow it purchased the subscription against my work ID. Fair enough tried again and it purchased a second subscription against the work ID. Argh.. 

 

I need to cancel 1 additional subscription, refund, and someone transfers it to my personal ID so I am able to use the product.

 

With no support stream available, call, email etc who can help?
