Hi, I write from Chile. I want to ask community hoping you can help me. I use Mac (Mac Mini, chip M1, Big Sur 11.2). I open Adobe and 2 files at the same time. I don't know why, but in one of those 2 opened docs, when I Fill and Sign, characters appear on screen at same speed as I write them and the dialogue rectangle stays always visible (the one with 2 different size "A", one trash can, framed "A" and a "b" characters and 3 dots), but in the other, characters appear one after one, very slowly, and the rectangle disappears (keeping a white shape where it was) and appears as each character is being displayed, so the sentence takes several seconds to finish being displayed after I've ended typing it on the keyboard. Someone has an idea of this problem? Thanks a lot.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are experiencing some issue while using Acrobat DC on Mac Mini, chip M1, Big Sur 11.2

Adobe is actively working to build apps that run natively on Apple computers using the Apple silicon M1 chip. Many of our existing apps can run on M1 devices using Apple's Rosetta 2 technology. For more information please check out the help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/apple-silicon-m1-chip.html

Regards

Amal
