I need to OCR a lot of documents. Is there a way to queue the OCRing, so that I don't have to keep an eye on whether one's finished before the other can be prepped?
Hi Nick,
Hope you are doing well. As described, you want to queue up the OCR process for many document so that you dont have to keep an eye on the process.
You can either use the Action Wizard tool in Acrobat and create an action for batch OCR. Or you can open a PDF and go to Enhance Scan > recognize text > In multiple files.

Thank you so much!
I love Actions in Photoshop, I didn't realize that they were in Acrobat, so that's cool to discover.
I tried the second technique, last night, and it works wonderfully.
