quick tool bar is missing

hello there,

i have a problem with adobe acrobat pro 2020.

Somehow my quick tool bar is not showing up anymore. And in the settings the icons aren´t shown when adding some tools to the quick tool bar.

is there some idea how to fix this?

yes, I did this already and it didn´t help.

Here is a screenshot from the tool bar where the quick tool bar is missing, even it is activated

the yellow marked, I don´t know if this is normal or part of this bug.
