Thx for your feedback,

in the meantime the problem solved itself.  First i tried to fix the problem via remote connection to the affected desktop machine. After a few tries i decided to work directly on the machine and this works.

Maybe it has something to do with admin rights via remote but i don´t know exactly.

FAct is that problem is now solved.

Hi T_Ramhapp,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.

As per your description above, the quick toolbar disappears on a specific desktop machine. Not sure what exactly removing it from the toolbar after closing the application every time. In that case, I would suggest you to try once to repair the application installation (only for Windows). In the application, go to Help > Repair Installation. Check if that helps.

If that does not help, try once removing the application using the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html) and reboot the machine. Then try re-installing it from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

Please share the Acrobat and OS version on the machine.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
