Bonjour 

 

Un collègue recoit ce message des le lancement de Acrobat DC alors qu'ils possedent une licence Creative Cloud et toutes les autres applications fonctionnent tres bien.

 

Nous avons verifier le serveur de temps, désinstaller / reinstaller Creative cloud et toutes les applications.

 

C'est incompréhensible .....

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you are getting the error 'We can not verify your subscription status'

 

Operating system hosts files map host names to IP addresses. An incorrectly configured hosts file can affect your computer's ability to connect to Adobe's activation servers.

 

Please try to test your connection with Adobe Server and also try to reset the host file as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html and see if that works for you.
