"SHARE" no longer has email option

Running latest Acrobat Pro DC build and can't find the option to email a pdf. "Share" appears to have an upload only option. Very frustrating. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?

The Share button should allow you to send the file by email. Did you set up an email account under Edit - Preferences - Email Accounts?

You can also use this free tool I've created to quickly send the file by email, without going through the Share panel:
