"We Can't Verify Your subscription Status" pop up after updating Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

This crazy annoying pop up every time I open pdf with Acrobat Pro DC even thoug I surely connected to a very stable internet. Seems like this happen after updating Adobe version about 2 days ago.

The problem is that when open in local account, it smoothly runs. However, in same PC domain account, the problem occurs as screenshot. I also collected log using adobe log collector. Please help me to fix this asap.
