"Who needs to fill and sign" is missing

Hi,

Me and my colleague have different views after selected the file.

I get the "Who needs to fill and sign" page while my colleauge gets to the document, without the option to choose.

How can my colleague get the "Who needs to fill and sign" page back?

My version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: 2020.006.20034

Colleague: 2020.012.20043

As my version is older and if I update, will this page then also dissapear for me?
