Help!

The pdf document is 3000 pages long, mainly scanned images.

At the bottom right of each page I need to add a radio button, that states "Back to Index" (page 1), however when I duplicate the defined radio button across the other pages, some rotate by 90 degrees. It is very hit and miss and then very painful to delete.

I have tried using prepare form to do the job and similat things happen.

I've tried duplicating over a 500 pages at time, which again can be hit and miss.

I look forward to any help

Thanks

First of all, you should use a button for this, not a radio-button.

The reason the field appears rotated is actually because the page itself is rotated (even if it doesn't look like it is), and the field remains in the same position and orientation, which makes it look like it's rotated (although it's not).

The solution to this issue is complex, but not impossible. You would need to use a script to duplicate the field to all the pages, and it would need to check each page's rotation property and create the field differently based on it.

Thanks for the reply.

It makes sense and I thought that may be the case.

I've never written a script and applied it etc - any ideas where I can find more details?

Appreciate your help
