Radio buttons loose their value/name when adding a page

Hello there,
I'm sure this wasn't a case a few months back. When I make a PDF form (IND export) with radio buttons and add another page with the same radio button content (name / values), the added PDF page loses (some or all) the values. New value names are usually "0", "00", "01", "1", "2" and similar.
I used this to make forms for customers - one page was "send back" and one "keep this"... their content identical and when they checked or filled something on page 1 it would be checked or filled on page 2.
Now when radio buttons lose their value it's not the case anymore. Checkboxes work... so I do that instead. I'm pretty sure it's a bug that wasn't previously present or possibly I have a bad workflow?
I add the page through the "organize pages" tool and drag and drop what I like to add from explorer. It worked about 3-4 months back.
Will you please help me understand what's wrong?

Hi,
Have you updated you versions of Acrobat or InDesign? Can you share the documents?
Regards

Fields with the same name have the same value. When you add a page to a PDF that has fields of the same name, Acrobat overwrites one field value with another. This has always been the case, and it is not a predictable process. It is a really bad idea in general to merge PDFs that contain active form field values. Especially when they contain fields with the same name.
What is your goal? perhaps there is another way to achieve it.
Use the Acrobat JavaScript Reference early and often
