Hi

I have the same issue on a new macbook running Mojave 10.14.3 . I have just updated Adobe DC Pro and i am still getting a black translucent screen when I try to hi the sign app, and try to add a signature . I have to then hit Command Shift Escape to get back to Adobe Ver 2019.012.20034

Help !

Hi Gregoryb,

Sorry that you are still experiencing the issue.

As you still get the black translucent screen and no further option to add a signature, try once the steps provided below:

- Launch the application.

- Then go to the menu tab at the top of the screen.

- Select Adobe Acrobat DC > Preferences > Signatures.

- At right, click on More tab under "Creation & Appearance"

- Then uncheck the box for "Use modern user interface for signing and Digital ID configuration".

- Click on the OK tab in the Creation and Appearance preferences window.

- Then click on the OK tab in the main Preferences window.

- Relaunch the application and try to add the signature.

Check if that helps.

Also, before making any changes check if the issue occurs with this particular file or with others as well.
