Reader Extended Features

I have a form that I created in Adobe Livecycle Designer ES2. I have been able to take it to Adobe Acrobat X and enable to Reader Extended Features so that the individual forms can be saved. HOWEVER, I would also like to export data from the Reader files. When I go to the Extended Features in Reader XI, both Import Data and Export Data are grayed out.

PS-I cannot install any new software or upgrade anything. Everything is controlled by my IT department.

Without new software, a server to run it on, and a healthy 5-6 figure budget, you can't enable this. Suggest you buy Acrobat for your users instead.

So essentially this feature is not available at the Reader-level? We can let the client know that the full Acrobat is a reasonable purchase.
