Reader only displays half a vertical page

Suddenly documents I send to Adobe Reader DC only show half the document (vertically). If I increase or decrease the zoom or change the orientation, it is still only half a page.  This issue just started. Thanks for any help.

In order to investigate the issue we need following details:

1. Does it happen with the shared PDF file or with every PDF file?

2. Please share the steps & system info i.e.Win/Mac system details. 
3. Can you provide the Acrobat version you are using?
You can find the version using the steps mentioned below:
Go to Help -> About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

 

If possible please share the screen shot of error as well.
