I'd like to apply redactions to multiple pdfs.  Can be done with the action wizard?

Thanks,

Ellen

Hi Ellen_Marie,

Thanks for reaching out. As you described above, you want to redact multiple files, correct?

You can use Action wizard tool to redact multiple files. You can apply an action to a single document, to several documents, or to an entire collection of documents. You can even scan documents and combine several documents into a single PDF before running an action.

Acrobat provides some predefined actions. You can also create your own actions. You can access and manage the actions by clicking Tools > Action Wizard.

For detailed information please use the steps provided in the help article - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/action-wizard-acrobat-pro.html

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal
