Redact Prices in a Document

I regularly produce documents for clients that have hundred if not thousands of prices within them over hundreds of sheets.  These are produced in acrobat pro dc.

I also need to copy these documents to others with the pricing redacted.  I want to redact each price but cannot figure out how to do it without selecting each one individually or as a group on a page.

I want to be able to select all of the prices for redaction in one go this would be, for example, "£" followed by 4 or 5 numbers.

I was hoping that I could do this with redaction profiles but if so I can't figure this out.  Can anyone advise on how I can do this?
