Regarding Adobe Acrobat Standard

Dear Team,

We are facing one problem related to adbe PDFMOutlook add ins. Our outlook getting crashed due to this add ins after disabled this add ins its working for some time but again its crashing and events getting generate as below.

Hi Navin,

Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Outlook 2013 as mentioned in the link above. The update were released for Office 2016 and Office 365 which you can download by launching the application>click File>Account.

Under Product Information, click Update Options>Update Now

As per the issue description mentioned above, Outlook is crashing when PDF Maker add-in is enabled in the application, is that correct?

Check if there is an update available for Acrobat- launch Acrobat>click Help>select Check for Updates.

If that doesn't work, try repairing Acrobat by navigating to Help menu in Acrobat.

You may also try troubleshooting steps mentioned in the link below:

From the crash log given above, it seems you have Acrobat 9 installed on the machine which is not compatible with the version of MS Office installed on your machine, thus can result in this behavior.

Hi Shivam,

Thanks for help. Could you please look in to this below blogs, as i am able to see i think there is some compatibility issue with office 2016 but in my system is outlook 2013 so what about that is.

And i think adobe team is saying one non security path was released in may 2017 for the same could you please help to know the KB no of the same.
