Registration to install Adobe Acrobat DC Pro

Hello, 

I suscribed to Adobe Acrobat DC in order to use it to modify my PDF files. I downlowded Acrobat DC installer to get the modul for modifying PDF's. To continue the installation, it was asked to put my Adobe ID and my password, but it doesn't want and it looks like my password and/or my ID were incorrect. I checked it on my online profile and even changed my ID and password in order to be sure. I repeted the operation of entering this data to continue the installation on my Mac but still the same problem, doesn't want... 

Do you have any idea how to fix it or the origin of this problem?

May be it ask for the password of your Administrator Account. Can you post a screenshot?

I already entered the required password and ID and put on ok but nothing happened
