Reinstalling Acrobat with a cloud license

Is it possible for an End User to have Adobe Acrobat XI with a sign license but the license is a cloud license? If so, how do you retrieve the license to install on a replacement machine that the End User will be using?

Hi Karm, 

For subsription based license (Cloud license). You don't need a serial number, you need to have an active subscription on your Adobe ID(email id registered with Adobe). After installing the product it will ask you to license the product and you can use your Adobe ID and password it will license the product provided if you have Active Subscription on your Adobe ID and you have active internet on the machine. And cloud users can have latest version of the app installed without paying any extra.
