remove a word or text and then letters are dissappearing in rest of the doc

When i remove or add a word in a pdf then  adobe makes changes to doc. For example

• all the letters s are dissapearing or
• the letters o are changed in Fr or
• the letters r are gone
• the letter v becomes a m
• the : becomes a t
