Remove My Profile Window Once Fill & Sign has been clicked

Does anyone know how to minimize or remove the My Profile window that pops up on the left hand side when I click Fill & Sign?

Do you see that "My Profile" tab with all the PDFs while using Fill & Sign tool? Did you try clicking on "Settings" option available next to it?

The Acrobat version you are working on, is it installed using customization wizard or managed by IT admins at work place?
