Renewed Acrobat License but Some Users Still Prompted

We renewed our annual subscription of Acrobat Pro DC last month but many of our users are still being prompted to login or warned that their license will expire in X amount of days. Even when they sign out and back in, they're still eventually prompted again. When I've used the VIP in the past and we renewed, our licenses just automatically updated for everyone and there was nothing we had to do.

 

I've contacted support several times and our reseller but nobody seems capable of helping. Our new licenses are clearly showing and available in our portal but they're not being applied to some users. I should add that not everyone is having this issue, either. I myself am unable to duplicate it. Has anyone else come across this?
