Replacing a saved signature in Pro DC Version 2021.0001.20135

How do I remove a saved outdated signature from Pro DC Version 2021.0001.20135?  I am unable to click on "-" sign as  could in previous versions.

If you mean a signature profile, then go to Edit (or the Acrobat menu if you're on a Mac) - Preferences - Signatures and click More next to "Identities & Trusted Certificates". Then select the profile you want to remove under Digital IDs and click on Remove ID.
